Community Service Lane

The Community Service Lane covers the projects and activities the club undertakes to improve life in its community.  The Rotary Club of Catonsville-Sunrise has worked very hard during our very short tenure as a club and provided many services to our local as well as international communities.  Please visit our Philanthropy page to learn more about the organizations we have served.

Our club strives to continue meeting this objective with our focus towards reaching out to our community.  To that end, listed below are the goals and objectives of our Community Service Lane.

• Dictionary Project with third-graders

• Guest Bartending – 6 per year

• Matthew’s 1600 (2)

• Dimitri’s (2)

• Ships’ Café (1)

• Jenning’s (1)

• Western Family YMCA and St. Agnes 5-K race beginning at Matthew’s 1600

• Advertising of 5-K race on websites

• Building of a Rotary Park in Catonsville
