Rotary, Catonsville Sunrise - 5 K Race Timeline

In order to help us get a sense of the events and deadlines leading up to the day of the big race (September 27th), here is a timeline that Bruce Peter and I drew up to show when we need what and why:

July 4 - we need volunteers to march with the Club banner and the 5 K race banner in the Arbutus celebration starting at 12:30 and the Catonsville celebration starting at 3:00 pm

July 7 - deadline for sponsors who will be printed in the brochure/pamphlet = the day we hand material to the printer ( the sponsorship form is attached for your use this week)

August 1 - deadline for sponsors whose names will be printed on the T-shirts

August 25th - deadline to print the 2000 fans to be handed out at the Catonsville Arts and Crafts Festival on September 7th, 2008

September 7 - volunteers needed to help with handing out 5 K race fans and sign up sheets at our Rotary Booth at the Catonsville Arts & Crafts Festival

September 27 - we need help from all members who can help "to staff"  various tables and activities on race day and to celebrate our success after the race...
